COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ono Sokki RP-2412D-CO parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Optex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pacific-Precision-Labs-Heidenhain parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ono-Sokki product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Optex such as the CD2235485 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PG045 manufactured by Pacific-Precision-Labs-Heidenhain and we are pleased to be able to service most Pacific-Precision-Labs-Heidenhain systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RP2412DCO by Manufacturer Ono-Sokki as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ostergrens Brand 39164 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Optex such as NFTH08 equipment made by Optex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Optex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Optex" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C986590215P made by Oriental-Motor as well as the popular FL40 original spares produced by Pacific Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FHSI005MP by Optex and NFTH08 spares by Optex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CD2235485C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Optex. |
